We offer Wireless
Broadband Services and Ancillary equipment to support customer installations
(NICs, Routers, Hubs and Switches).
RETURN POLICY
Customers can
cancel Internet Services within 30 days of installation if they
are dissatisfied with the service. There is no refund for installation-related
charges, account activation fees and first month service charge.
Upon return of VectorLink equipment customer will be released from
balance of contract. No return of any ancillary hardware purchased.
DELIVERY
POLICY
Internet service
installed within 10 business days of successful signal test barring
unforseen technical or equipment issues. Customer will be notified
of any problems that will delay installation. Hardware delivery
based on availability from distributor.
